ITEX� guidelines and policies stipulate that members are to treat each other with the same respect and courtesy, and with the same prices as for cash customers. � Any member who doesn’t follow this guideline is working against his goal of attracting more customers. (The exception to this rule is that members are not required to sell at deep discounts or sale prices.)� ITEX members who are happy with your service will not only return to you but will refer others to you as well, and many of the referrals will be cash customers.
